Germany's Deka makes e200m acquisitions over summer, realigns funds
Deka Immobilien, the acquisition arm of DekaBank's property fund manager, has made acquisitions in the three summer months of at least e200m. The acquisitions come ahead of a structural change in which it is merging Deka-ImmobilienEuropa and WestInvest InterSelect even though the two brands will be maintained in the marketing process.
