UK's Henderson to recommence investment in French real estate
London-based property investment manager Henderson Global Investors is exploring opportunities to recommence investment in the French property market, focusing on prime Parisian offices and nationwide prime retail assets, which it believes are beginning to offer real value after having fallen 30% to 40% since the market peak in the summer of 2007.
