Vienna's Atrium posts 1H09 loss; sees better outlook, stock interest via dual listing
Atrium European Real Estate, the former Meinl European Land registered in Jersey but headquartered in Vienna, posted a first half loss but indicated progress in the rehabilitation of the portfolio and its financial status - and it has high hopes for broadened share interest after it registered for a second listing after Vienna, on NYSE-Euronext. Yields continued to move out in 2Q but seem to be are reaching a more stable level, says CEO Rachel Lavine.
