Long, winding road to recovery in 2nd half; Green issues come into view in new section

The road to recovery is long and winding but our September cover highlights that European real estate, coming back from its summer break, can at least discern that the road exists and is leading toward better times... We have left behind the hiatus of the first half when property owners and bank creditors stared like blinded rabbits into the headlights of an oncoming 10-tonne economic truck. In the freshly-baked September PIE, `Positioning for Recovery' has taken over as our opening topical section. Further back comes `Property Finance/Banking', placing increased emphasis on creative debt solutions and the credit side. Behind that is a new section: `Greening the Built Environment'.
