US industrial developer Panattoni Europe enters Slovakia with first project
Panattoni Europe, an affiliate of the US-based Panattoni Development Company and a leading industrial developer in Poland and active in the Czech Republic, has entered the Slovakian market for the first time. The company was invited by Axa REIM to take part in development of Trnava Industrial Park near Bratislava, an industrial and logistics centre. After achieving 45% market share in Poland, Panattoni has accelerated its expansion on neighbouring markets. Its Czech branch signed new lease contracts for an area of 35,000 sq.m, while its key investment, Panattoni Park Prague Airport, has been almost fully leased.
