Immofinanz makes e200m sale to Munich family office AM alpha
The Vienna-based Immofinanz has finalised the sale of two fully-let office buildings and a 5-Star hotel worth e200m to Munich-based family office holding AM alpha. The latter's managing director, Siegmut Böhm said the families intend to use the current market phase to considerably expand involvement on the German market and in western Europe.
