ProLogis European proposes legal change to SICAF, amends e900m financing
The Luxembourg-registered listed logistics and warehouse fund ProLogis European Properties is continuing a thorough reorganisation with a proposal to investors to convert to a SICAF legal status. It has also obtained an amendment to its e900m senior unsecured credit facility, bringing financial breathing space.
