Orco bondholders reject sweetened restructuring plan
Ailing listed CEE developer Orco said its bondholders rejected sweetened proposals for restructuring bonds via a debt-for-equity swap at a general meeting in Paris 24 September. Individual consultations will now be organised in coordination with trustee Le Guerneve and Creditor's Representative LeLoup-Thomas, appointed by the Commercial Court of Paris.
