Berlin Hyp hopes for sales boost with Paris office
Berlin Hyp, a mortgage bank that is part of the German savings bank system, plans to open a representative office in Paris in spring 2010, as part of its strategy to provide more intensive advice in core markets abroad through stronger local presence. This will be its fifth location outside Germany, after opening offices in Amsterdam, London, Prague and Warsaw. "The French market is particularly interesting for us because we anticipate significant growth potential here and expect attractive yields for investors", says Chairman Jan Bettink.
