Carlyle Group enters Benelux student housing joint venture for e2.2bn CEREP III
Global private equity group Carlyle is expanding real estate operations into Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg through a joint venture with Benelux Property Group, aiming to build a portfolio of student housing. Carlyle will invest through its third European real estate fund CEREP III, which has e2.2bn of equity.
