Düsseldorf's WGF aims innovative bond funding at institutions with new E100m issue
The Düsseldorf-based private property group WGF is extending its innovative funding model after the October launch of its largest-ever E100m property-backed bond which is designed to attract institutional investors wanting liquid debt-side exposure. "We are now looking not only at private and high net worth clients; we want to take in another client group and that is institutions which have a different kind of focus," CEO Pino Sergio told PIE at Expo Real.
