French REIT Icade sells Paris office building for e90m
Pursuing its strategy to focus on commercial property, French REIT/SIIC Icade has sold a Haussmann building at 114 Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris for e90m. The sale is part of its arbitrage policy of selecting mature assets that no longer create value, and generating capital gains. Further, Icade sold 3,336 housing units during the first nine months. This increased turnover to E1.09bn, down 5.5% compared with the year-ago period.
