Austria's CA Immo to re-sell bought-back shares off market; issues e150m bond
Austrian listed property investor CA Immo is to re-sell off the stock market up to 1.5m of its own shares, 1.71 % of equity, which it purchased between July and October 2008 in a buy-back program. It also recently launched a e150m bond issue, which was subscribed within 24 hours mainly due to strong demand from Austrian retail investors. Both moves aim to further strengthen liquidity within the group.
