Warsaw-listed Globe Trade Centre opens e140m Polish mall; wins EBRD Croatia financing
Warsaw-listed emerging Europe developer Globe Trade Centre has officially opened its e140m regional mall Galeria Jurajska in Czestochowa in the South near Poland's main DK1 highway. Separately, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering providing a finance package of up to e41m for GTC's Croatian unit to finance construction of a shopping centre in Osijek, and support regional expansion. The proposed package includes a e34.4m loan facility and an equity investment in the Croatian unit, which will acquire, develop and manage the centre.
