Germany's alstria FFO lower, but on 2009 guidance
Hamburg-based alstria office, an internally managed Real Estate Investment Trust focused on German office real estate, posted stable funds from operations in third quarter at e8m, bringing FFO to e24.2m for nine months, down from e29.9m in the same period last year but fully in line with guidance of e32m for the full year.(See upcoming PFE/PIE issues for full story)
