Swiss Prime Site to delist Jelmoli after offer hits 98% acceptance
Listed Zurich-based property group Swiss Prime Site, after settlement of its takeover offer has won more than 98% of the voting rights of stock in Swiss department stores group Jelmoli Holding, fulfilling legal conditions for cancelling remaining publicly-held Jelmoli shares.
