WestImmo places 2nd E500m mortgage Pfandbrief
German property financíng bank WestImmo, part of the WestLB group, has successfully placed its second E500m benchmark mortgage Pfandbrief of 2009 on the capital market. Carrying a coupon of 2.5 % and maturity to June 2013, yield mark-up is 23bp above swap-mid. Very strong demand allowed books to be closed after 75 minutes. (See upcoming PFE/PIE issues for full story)
