Former Bertelsmann CEO Wössner joins Swiss Corestate
Swiss private equity group Corestate Capital has appointed former Bertelsmann CEO and Deutsche Bank executive Mark Wössner to its advisory board to counsel in particular on acquisition and restructuring of non-performing portfolios and loans. "We are seeing a lot of portfolios that got into trouble due to misguided assumptions and poor management," said Corestate Chairman Ralph Winter. "Our job is to identify and remedy these issues."
