CEE hotels developer Warimpex sees asset value revival
Listed Austrian CEE hotels developer and investor Warimpex returned to the black in the third quarter, mainly due to a revival in asset values. Chairman Franz Jurkowitsch said the market showed impairment reversals, especially noticeable in the cyclical hotel business. New appraisals showed values significantly higher than carrying amounts.
