Swiss Züblin 1H09 earnings down on asset sales
Swiss listed property group Züblin Immobilien Holding announced rental income for the six months ending 30 September of CHF53m compared with CHF67m in the previous year, a 20% decrease, mainly due to significant amount of asset sales in the prior 12 months.
