Former Carrefour directors launch E1bn retail SICAV
Two former property directors of the French supermarket group Carrefour have launched a Luxembourg SICAV, New Europe Property, targeting retail real estate assets in France, Germany and Poland. Their company Holfidis Asset Management, targets total fund AUM of E1bn.
