Germany's Colonia RE demands wind-up of HSH business link over care fund
Cologne-based listed property group Colonia Real Estate is seeking an end to its working relationship with HSH Equity Partner, a unit of Hamburg landesbank HSH Nordbank, saying that negative news of the group is having a severe impact on sales. This relates particularly to the closed-end real estate fund HGA/Colonia CareConcept I, where HSH has placed only 29% of planned volume despite the product's exceptional ratings - even though the placement period was extended.
