Mayland sells Polish malls to Macquarie for E236m
Macquarie Global Property Advisors has acquired a portfolio of three Polish shopping centres from Mayland Real Estate in a transaction totalling E236m, marking the first retail acquisition in MGPA's portfolio. The fund has bought the Karolinka and Pogoria shopping centres in Opole and D¹browa Górnicza and has taken an option on a third, Jantar in S³upsk.
