Unibail-Rodamco agrees first green leases with French retailer
Giant shopping centre REIT/SIIC Unibail-Rodamco has signed its first green leases in France with retailer Nature & Découvertes, applying to the 15 stores located in its shopping centres. A green lease takes the form of an annexe to new leases and renewals which sets performance targets for energy consumption.
