Prudential's German property fund manager TMW Pramerica plans more Special Funds
TMW Pramerica, the German real estate fund manager of the US-based Prudential insurance group, acquired E325m in property last year, boosting total assets to around E2bn, and plans the launch of a number of institutional Special Funds this year. The group gave no further details of its Special Funds plans, but the German property sector in general is gearing up to meet growing demand from institutions for property managment vehicles.
