Arab Investments pays E57m for central Berlin complex
Arab Investments, a London-based property group specialising in Sharia compliant funds for Mid-East investors, has paid E57m to acquire an office block in the Foreign Office Quarter of central Berlin for its second German fund from developer Strabag Real Estate. Savills German Investment MD Lars-Oliver Breuer said Flatow AdvisoryPartners, alongside Austria's Hypo Investmentbank, supported the financing. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
