Real estate fund investors return to fundamentals, favouring core assets
Institutional real estate investors are signalling a return to fundamentals by opting for core funds, and nearly half plan to increase allocations to real estate funds over the next two years, according to a survey by the European property funds association INREV. "This shift down the risk spectrum shows investors are focused on the benefits .. such as diversification and income generation," said Interim CEO Andrea Carpenter.
