IKEA's SwedeCenter to build first ecological business park in Poland in Warsaw
SwedeCenter, a commercial developer belonging to Inter IKEA, part of the giant Swedish furniture group, is to build the first ecological business park in Poland. Business Garden in Warsaw will feature offices, hotel, conference, retail and service features constructed on a 6ha site, only 40% of which will be developed. SwedeCenter intends to apply for a LEED certificate. Cushman & Wakefiled is exclusive agent. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
