MIPIM 2010 to broaden horizons to emerging markets
Major real estate emerging markets will augment the MIPIM trade fair in Cannes in March, a staple calendar date in the European property sector's business year. Organisers say the re-amalgamation of MIPIM with its MIPIM Horizons emerging markets fair means more fast-expanding property markets in developing economies will be represented. "The first MIPIM Horizons in 2008 clearly demonstrated growing interest from international property companies in these high potential regions," said MIPIM Director Nadine Castagna.
