PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank finances further E75m facility for ProLogis European Properties
Germany's Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has completed a new E74.5m financing facility with ProLogis European Properties for a portfolio of 10 distribution centres in France and UK. "This transaction continues our strong track record of delivering for ProLogis and its European funds, a fourth transaction with a core relationship for pbb in Europe," said Harin Thaker, pbb head of international real estate business.
