Equity investors seen returning to French prime office market - Valad
Equity investors are returning to the French prime office market, mostly domestic sources but also German, according to the Valad Property Group, which has just sold a small asset on behalf of an AXA fund that it manages. Gilles Vaissié, President of Valad's French business, commented: "We identified this estate for disposal to take advantage of strong private investor demand for prime assets," he said. "We are seeing a return of equity investors for prime stock into this market, mostly from within France but also from Germany."
