UK's Parkridge starts 140,000-sq.m. Polish shopping mall
The Polish unit of the UK's privately-held Parkridge shopping centre developer, Parkridge Retail Poland, is constructing a new Focus Mall in the southern city of Gliwice, Silesia, that is slated to be its biggest complex in Poland. The three-floor, 140,000-sq.m. mall will have 200 stores. Parkridge is one of the largest developers and owners of malls in Poland, with assets when completed in excess of E1bn.
