French SCPI funds should limit institutions - Natixis
There has been a marked increase in investment flows into French property funds, according to Alain Pivert, director of Natixis Asset Management Immobilier. Medium-sized insurers in particular favour SCPI vehicles, but institutional stakes should not be allowed to become too large in order to avert future liquidity problems.
