NL's Multi wins E99m syndicated loan for Czech mall
Netherlands-headquartered shopping centre group Multi Development has obtained a syndicated 5-year loan of E98.5m for building its 50,000 sq.m. Nova Karolina Shopping Centre in the centre of the eastern Czech city of Ostrava. The complex includes 25,000 sq.m. of offices and a 200-apartment residential building.
