EMEA 2009 hotel investment slides 50% - Cushman
Investment in hotels in Europe, Mid-East and Africa in 2009 fell by over 50% to just E3.2bn compared with 2008, and half of these were distressed sales, according to Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality. 2009 investment was an 85% slide on 2007's record E19.8bn. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
