Russian real estate on offer to Chinese funds
Russian and Chinese partner companies signed an agreement late last year to develop investment and construction projects and sites in Russia and offer them to Chinese investment funds. The initiative followed accords by the governments of the two nations to target an increase in direct investment from China into Russia to $12bn by 2020. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
