Credit, tenant delays will tighten Paris office supply, says Continentale Générale
The absence of new office development in Paris caused by the lack of bank credit and tenant hesitatncy is likely to bring a shortage of modern, sustainable space, say officials from one of France's long-established, private property groups, Générale Continentale Investissements.
