German law changes needed on REITs, interest cap, green-Hannover Leasing's Volckens
German real estate urgently needs legislative change, including support for its fledgling REITs sector, adjustment of the controversial interest expenses' cap, and incentives for environmental modernisation, Hans Volkert Volckens, board member at Hannover Leasing and property representative on the German Industry Association, told PIE in an interview.
