Invesco allocates E1bn in 2009, eyes Scandinavia, Germany
Invesco Real Estate allocated around E1bn to European property in 2009 after resuming investment after an 18-month freeze. "This is for us the moment to be buying even if we continue to note a new tension in prime products in London and especially in Paris," said European Transactions Director Paul Joubert Joubert recently. "However this is not the case in the Scandinavian market, in Germany or even in smaller size European towns."
