French Klepierre '09 profit hit by debt costs, 7% writedown
French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Klépierre reported a decline in net profit to E162m in 2009 from E200m in 2008, as higher net debt costs weighed on earnings and it made a further 7% depreciation of its portfolio. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
