French REIT Tour Eiffel reports 2009 rental climb of 5.7%
French REIT/SIIC Société de la Tour Eiffel increased directly comparable rents in its portfolio last year by 5.7%. Total consolidated turnover climbed by 13% to E95.5m, of which E75.7m in rental income. The group said the total rental increase resulted principally from new development deliveries, indexation, lease renewals and relettings.
