Unibail-Rodamco sells five Dutch malls to Wereldhave for E235m
French-Dutch shopping and conference centre REIT Unibail-Rodamco has sold five Netherlands retail malls to Dutch listed fund Wereldhave for a total E235m, resulting in a capital gain compared to book value at end-2009. The deal, part of its strategy to concentrate on large retail malls, is expected to close in March. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
