French mall REIT Altarea 2009 revenues stable
French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Altarea Cogedim recorded stable 2009 revenues but said it expects strong growth in 2010. The company reported a 0.6% decline in revenues to E940m ahead of full annual results in mid-March. "Subject to constant economic conditions, Altarea Cogedim should see significant growth in its main indicators in 2010," said founder and Chairman Alain Taravella.
