French Lucette divests Colisée; price said at E160m
French office REIT/SIIC Compagnie La Lucette, recently acquired by larger peer Icade, has signed a provisional agreement to sell its Colisée building in Paris suburb Courbevoie to the life insurance arm of the German insurer Allianz. Terms were not disclosed but local press cited a figure of E160m. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
