WestImmo arranges E120m financing for Polish shopping centres
The Mainz-based Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank, acting as agent and arranger, has provided MGPA Europe Fund III with a E120m financing facility for two shopping centres in Poland, the Karolinka opened in 2008 in Opole, near the Czech border, and Pogoria, which is near completion in the city centre of Dabrowa Górnicza, southern Poland.
