Invesco makes E237m Accor hotels, Stockholm investments
Global investment manager Invesco Real Estate has made nearly E237m of acquisitions, buying five hotels from French hotel group Accor for E154m and making its second major investment of 2009 in Stockholm, buying the Paradiset 29 office and retail property for E82.5m.
