Frankfurt's DIC Asset posts 11% rise in 2009 FFO
German listed office investor DIC Asset has reported an 11% rise in funds from operations for 2009 to E47.6m, exceeding both the full-year target and an upwardly revised forecast. The company said it performed successfully in a market environment that continues to be challenging. It is proposing an unchanged dividend of E0.30 per share.
