Frankfurt's DIC Asset announces E47m rights issue
Frankfurt-based DIC Asset is to make a 1 for 4 rights issue for E6 per share, to boost equity capital by 7.8m shares or around 25% to 39.2m and raise a maximum of E47m in new capital. The offer price compares to a stock just over E8 prior to the announcement. New shares carry full 2009 dividend rights for which a payout of E0.30 is proposed. The move partially exercises authorised capital resolved by the 2007 shareholder meeting. (See upcoming Editions for full story)
