Frankfurt's SEB fund invests E93m in Warsaw office
Frankfurt-based SEB Asset Management, the real estate and securities investment manager of Sweden's SEB group, has acquired from the developer Ghelamco a Warsaw office building for its real estate mutual fund SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund.
