GTC, Polnord in E250m Warsaw shopping centre
Warsaw-listed Globe Trade Centre and Polnord are setting up a joint venture to develop a E250m-plus, 60,000 sq.m. modern shopping centre in the prestigious Warsaw district of Wilanow. The shopping centre will be constructed on a 7 ha. site in Wilanów, and construction is planned to start in 2H10. The catchment area includes the most affluent housing districts of Warsaw such as Wilanów and Sadyba, and the Konstancin resort area. (See PIE 157 for full story)
